The Last HoopBrielle Adams dribbled the ball to the hoop. Whoosh….she passed the basketball, and bang, it hit Heather’s hands. The players could hear the air the ball gave as it whipped itself at the hoop. Three seconds left, two, ONE!!! And the basketball does a quick spin around the rim, and swiftly it throws itself it the net. Buzz…. The buzzer sounds off, and the players all put in a good job and high five. Brielle’s mother ran off the bleachers in her Nike shorts, with a basketball in her hands, and hugged Brielle.
